Meet The Owners

​

 

How Dolphin Catering began... As a self taught Chef, William realized his gift for cooking over 25 years ago. He would always get calls from family, friends, and coworkers to prepare food for their parties, events, and gatherings. When asked how much he would charge, he would simply reply, "a love gift." One day his wife said, "do you realize that God has given us a business?" From that conversation Dolphin Catering was created and they have been "seaing beyond the need" ever since".

How they met... William and Danellia were both born and raised in Orlando, Florida, attended the same high school (Joes High) and even lived within a half a mile of one another during their childhoods but never crossed paths. Destiny would soon bring them together. In 1997, the couple met and instantly became best friends. They were friends for 13 years before they realized that they were perfect for one another and married in 2010, after being engaged for almost two years. 

 

About them... William has been a professional chef for over 20 years with Orlando Senior Health Network and Danellia has been in law enforcement for over 20 years. Together they have six children and ten grandchildren. They love reading, bowling and spending time by the sea and in the air.
